Hospers Public Library hosted a Duct-Tape contest for kids aged 9-17. They were judged by everyone in the community who voted for their favorite creation. The winners got a huge Hershey Candy Bar. The Duct-Tape creations had to be made of paper or cardboard and covered with some of the 27 different colors of duct tape.
